Will Haldiram face the same situation as Maggi ??
After the recent Maggi ban, Haldiram is in a similar situation in
India after FDA ( Food and Drug Administration ) has been asked to
collect packaged food samples of the Nagpur based leading domestic snack
maker after reports emerged that its products have been banned in the
US.
Will the public react in the same way they did to Maggi ?? Whatever, this is a very serious issue and people need to be careful.

Mysterious case of Lalit Modi
We all knew that Lalit Modi is behind the IPL bidding controversy. And he left India in May 2010 saying that he has threat from the underworld. Saying that he refused to appear before ED. But how far is this true ? Whatever it is , it is sad to see the man who bought so much entertainment to the India audience is having a tough time to deal with.

20$ - Price of a mother's life?
For all of our glory and progress and "India Rising" campaigns, we are one of the worst countries when it comes to maternal health and the disaster in Chattisgarh where 12 women have died and several more are in critical state, shows the condition of our healthcare.
The government's free sterilization campaign is an aggressive incentive based scheme that pressurizes the poor patients
to get surgeries and not even think about other forms of contraception. 200 women die for every 100,000 giving birth in India compared with China's 37 deaths for every 100,000 and China should not be a benchmark.
The Government and other health policy bodies need to be jolted out of their complacency and take severe measures to ensure health of our women. 83 surgeries were performed in 6 hours and each woman got 20$...Some paid with their lives and others are still hanging in the balance.
